Use your nine-digit Identification Number and four-digit PIN number to obtain your personal case file information.

NOTE: Before you can use IVR you will be issued a 9 digit Identification number and a 4 digit PIN number. This will be issued directly by the Province usually within one month of receiving your first cheque.
